SM not Authenticating to Prizm through AP

I’ve got an AP set up as managed in Prizm 2.0 and it polls just fine.

When I try to set up an SM to register, it tries then errors during registration with Auth Failed.

I put the SM MAC address in Prizm and it is listed as accepting.

The SM will register with non-managed AP’s just fine.

Any ideas?

You must load the SM MAC into Prizm for BAM PRIOR to it being able to authenticate. The SM must be registered before it can be managed. You are putting the cart before the horse.
