SM not responding to PING, yet still registered?

v11 FSK here.

Has anyone seen a SM or other Canopy device that stops responding to PINGS (from a device directly connected to the same subnet) - yet still be registered (and browse-able from the AP via LUID select) with good signal?

Just started happening at one of our sites, and looking for any advice.

The flow is:

MT450G----------------------CMM3-------------------AP=======================SM
(10.1.1.1/22) 10.1.1.2/22 10.1.1.3/22 10.1.1.4/22 (gw=10.1.1.1)

What’s the duplex setting on the radio?

We set our SM’s to 10F/10H as a default config, and I’ve seen a few SM that didn’t like this and wouldn’t allow us to log into them. If they were left at 100F/100H it was fine.

Also, is the ETHERNET actually enabled on the radio?
