SM Re-registers...

What causes a re-register? The customer’s connection shown below has a good RSSI and Jitter but continues to re-register. The count below is 2, and that is within 30 minutes. They are streaming there radio signal through us and I cant have my SM re-registering like this becuase it will discrupt the radio broadcast. Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

This look like interference problem due to the higher Jitter value. I see the similar power level & RSSI on the network here, but no problems at all. In fact, your link is much longer than mine.

what frequency is this? 800-900 rssi on a 900 system isn’t enough signal for a stable connection. Usually re-registers are interferrence in our experience. Try a monitoring system like mrtg and watch the jitter. It probably has short spikes of 10-12 which kill the connection. We have had terrible re-register problems on our 900 systems anytime our signal gets marginal. Horiz pol helps on 900 and may help on other bands if you use a cyclone type of ap.
