SM RSSI and SNR significant drop once epmp 3000 and SMs upgraded from 4.4.3 to 4.5

Hi all,

The subject line says it all.. anyone have this issue?  Its as if the tx power got tunred down, but didnt, after the epmp 3000 and its SMs were updayed... 11 subscribers on the sector.  Noticed significant drop in performace on all fronts, streaming, web browsing etc... Thanks!

Did you try to downgrade back to 4.4.3? Did it solve the issue?

Are SMs 11n or 11ac radios?

Yes thay are all 11ac radios and yes rolling it back to 4.4.3 fixed issue.

What is the frequency? What is the channel width? Is it only one direction or both? 

It will be great if you can share tech support dump with our support so they will get those answers automatically.
