SM strange

I have question about the following captures session on the AP:

The question is it LUID 002 will pass the traffic, actually what is the stated of those SM on LUID 002, Idle, connected or something else? I have tried to move, change the frequency even reset and replace the SM but nothing change.

Anyone can help me?

Not sure what you are asking, but it seems as though the AP is not displaying the Session information properly for a particular LUID. You stated that you did try a different SM, and the problem persisted. Perhaps it is an issue with the AP? I would say reboot, but you imply that you have already done that if you have switched the frequencies, forcing a reboot.

I would try re-flashing the firmware. If that doesn’t work, I would try downgrading the firmware. What band are you using? Usually I don’t see RSSI values like that unless it’s in the 900 band. Isn’t there a known issue with 900 and improper displaying of LUIDs/Sessions?

2.4 G used on my field. Actually with the other SMs is working perfectly, I think the AP working fine. And the strange one is only on that site which has perfectly LoS to the tower’s AP. The range just only 6 km but all of the SM across the big river. I use 2 firmware on 2 different SM (6.1 and 7.0.7) but the simptom still the same.
