SM sustained downlink & uplink data rate stuck at 128k

Hello All,

Has anyone experienced this? I have a BSP of

uplink rate: 256k
uplink burst: 256k
downlink rate: 512k
downlink burst: 512k

but logging into the SM it gets the correct burst values, but not the sustained up & downlink values w/c are STUCK in 128k only. (see bold lines below)

i tried rebooting the SM, temp changing to another BSP, upgrade/downgrade firmware, etc. but this seems to be a persistently annoying issue and my customers are complaining. When we disable Prizm auth on that AP, the SM get free-for-all BW and they stop complaining. This happens randomly as some SM on the same AP get the correct BSP but not others.

We saw that a few times but it was related to SM hardware/software being very old compared to the AP’s. We changed out to newer hardware and we were good to go.
