I am getting the following error(s) in the system log and was wondering if there was a way to fix it. The error is Access boxTempC and Access boxTempF failed, SNMPIOException. The mib it is checking is 1.3.6.1.4.1.161.19.3.3.1.35.0 and 36.0 . According to the Canopy mib listing it should be 1.3.6.1.4.1.161.19.3.3.1.35 and 36. Is this the problem? If so how can I fix it.? Also getting errors about received response that cannot be matched to any outstanding request. Could these be caused by incorrect mib for SM software? When I browse a network and select the column for temperature F or C the temp is reported as ‘0’.
