I am getting the following error(s) in the system log and was wondering if there was a way to fix it. The error is Access boxTempC and Access boxTempF failed, SNMPIOException. The mib it is checking is 18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199.0 and 36.0 . According to the Canopy mib listing it should be 188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.220.127.116.11 and 36. Is this the problem? If so how can I fix it.? Also getting errors about received response that cannot be matched to any outstanding request. Could these be caused by incorrect mib for SM software? When I browse a network and select the column for temperature F or C the temp is reported as ‘0’.
