Sorry but additonal devices cannot be added at the moment

We have been using cloud.cambiumnetworks.com for a while with no issue but for a week or so now when we try to onboard new devices we get this error -

Sorry, but additional devices cannot be added at the moment. Please contact Cambium support to resolve this.

Also, devices we have added in the past show up in the onboarding section with a red dot and a status of -waiting for approval and there are only two options at the side ,unapprove and delete.

What could be causing this and how can we fix this so we can onboard the devices?
