Spectrum Analyser dropping connection

Hello All,

We are running a layer 3 routed network and when running spectrum analyser to any ePMP 1000 AP's I can only run it for 10-20 seconds before I get a "disconnected" message in the java applet window of the SA. 

I have tried upgrading and downgrading java, addin g the IP addresses to the trusted list and this doesnt help at all. 

We are not usin g a management VLAN. 

I saw another post about checking netstat I do see the connection : 

tcp 0 48960 172.16.3.238:8001 169.255.196.13:17216 ESTABLISHED

Ping is also fine doesnt drop and the AP remains responsive. 

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I wonder if maybe you have a MTU issue somewhere along the path or a lossy link for some other reason?

The SA doesn't seem to like much packet loss.  I often run it 4~5 hops from the AP though without issue.
