Speed issues cambium ePMP Force 300-25

Greetings, the following is for speed issues.

I have an SM antenna connected to my ePMP 3000 AP, when I perform a speed test between the AP and the SM I get 100Mb/96Mb down/up bandwidth

But only 45Mb/25Mb down/up reaches my router.

They believe it is due to an issue between the type of router and the type of cable used for installation. Client Router is a Mikrotik hAP Lite and Antenna is an ePMP Force 300-25SM.
Category 5e LAN cable.
