Status is not updated

On  one of our accounts i just saw that the devices status is not updated, the message on upper right corner says 'Last updated: 3d 21h 11m ago' Any idea ?

Hello, can you please send your cambium id to anish.bosco@cambiumnetworks.com and invite me in your cambium account?

this is fixed now, can you please check and update?
