Hi all, so I had a weird occurrence on Maestro today. I had a device offline email alert sent to the email I setup to get alerts from maestro. The problem is that this device is not a device on my network nor anywhere near the internal IP address block I have for my devices in my network. Its showing in my “Default” tab of Maestro… anyone experience this before?
Is this a cloud cnMaestro or an on-prem vm?
If on a cloud, make sure you change your onboarding keys and ensure you disallow any unapproved onboarding/access accounts.
On-prem cnMaestro is basically the same, but make sure if you are not monitoring remote devices then set a gateway firewall rule to block incoming onboarding requests.
