System Requirements

Are there minimum system requirements? So much memory or a certain speed processor? And OS, does canopy care if customer is MAC, WINXP, WIN2000, WIN(*, WIN95, LINUX.

I am looking for compatible routers and firewalls from other Canopy operators. I think DLink, Cisco and Linksys are probably compatible. Does anyone have any comments on this?

Will my 386 running Win95 surf the Internet as fast as my dual Xeon SCSI system running Fedora? Thats up for debate.

Canpoy talks Ethernet to whatever is behind a SM or BH, no software to install, no crap. If your device talks ethernet, it'll work.

Are you looking for home use routers for folks to share their canopy connection to several devices or production quality equipment to build your infrastructure? See above for compatible comments.

Cisco has a pretty logo, 3-com sounds perverted, the chick on the D-Link box is hot... afew comments on manfacturers IMHO... 8)
