On Winbox, System > Routerboard > Settings > "Boot Protocol" > Chose 'DHCP' and not 'bootp'. And it should work.

I confirm that on some machines (PCs) you cannot boot SXT lite using tftpd64. Usually on the same machines you would not be able to boot SXT through MT Netinstall. Looking on your screenshot it seems to be the case however I'm not convinced you can put directly .bin file on SXTLite using tftpd64.
I tried it with a virtual machine with a linux interface in a bridge with a physical machine.
In linux dnsmasq and I have a problem
