The password for the cnMaestro web interface stopped working

Neither the existing password nor the default one work.

We can log into the console though so I am hoping that it can be reset from here.

This might be the same problem as but there wasn't any publicly posted solution on that thread.

Hi dsoodak -- you can create a one-time, temporary account using the Maintenance option in the console (this is described under Application Account Recovery in the User Guide). This should allow you to log back into the UI and reset the Administrator password.
