Too many redirect from splash page portal

i have configured an e400 wlan guest access using portal from cloud cnMaestro.and i did set on success direct to url:  http://bookcafe.vn but the above url just popup for 1 sec and then auto redirect to a blank google.com and facebook.com sometime. now it works only on laptop but ios and android are not. can someone help me plaese!

This particularl website http://bookcafe.vn  is redirecting to https://www.facebook.com/PhuongNamBookCity/. We tested on Iphone and MAcbook with success direct to URL . We get redirected to  https://www.facebook.com/PhuongNamBookCity after succesful authentication . It worked fine for us .  Can you share tech-support to sandeshkumar.b@cambiumnetworks.com . Also Can you let us know the Mobile on which you are testing

my portal on cnMaestro is free access without any authentication and non social login.just redirect to http://bookcafe.vn/

but it doesn't work. i used ip 5s ios 11.2.6 . can i add you to my cloud to see what wrong with my configuration.
