Transfer ownership of AP to another account

Hi, 

Not sure if this is covered elsewhere but could not find through search. 

I have sold an e400 access point to a friend who has little technical knowledge and I was wondering if there is a way of transferring the AP from my cloud account to theirs without losing all the settings and having to onboard the AP on their new cloud account. Basically I'm trying to make the process as simple as possible for them. Other option is:

-> them to download config file -> me to remove AP from my account -> they onboard device onto their account -> upload config -> hopefully it all works. 

Any thoughts or suggestions?

There is not way to transfer Ownership from accounts… you need to delete the device from your account, but the AP itself doesn’t loose any config

Thanks, that is helpful. I had assumed that deleting the device would loose the config. But glad to hear that is not the case.
