transfering an AP from one cnMaestro Account to Another

I have deleted an AP from one cnMaestro account an i want to onboard the same AP into a different cnMaestro account.  However, the new account does not recognize the serial number.  What should I do?

Please send complete details of your device (MAC, serial no) and your account where you first deleted as well as new account where you want to onboard, email it to support@cambiumnetworks.com
