Trouble onboarding C3VoIP-201P

I have a C3VoIP-201P that I believe was maybe a beta device.  I have it upgraded to firmware 4.2-R3 but am not able to onboard this device.  I've tried using the serial number method as well as claiming it from the device but it's not working.  Any suggestions?

Is the device able to contact https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com/ ?  You can test this on the device web GUI in Administration -> Diagnosis with ping and traceroute tests.

I am able to ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com from the device.

I factory reset the device and now it is working.  Thanks.
