Trying to upload Link Planner File....

I'm trying to get cnHeat setup, and I've been trying to submut my link planner file, instead of downloading an excel sheet and having to enter everything there (which seems like it will take forever).  However, I'm met with "The uploaded file type is not allowed." each time I try.  I've saved my link planner project in all three file formats that link planner can output, yet I still am told my file type is not allowed.

Anyone have any ideas?  Am I just doing it wrong?  Thanks in advance.
