UBNT AC Sector 45 deg with ePMP1000 gps syn AP

Dear fellows, i am a new wisp and i decided to use ePMP1000 for my company. i want to put  4 ePMP1000 Gps  Sync AP to cover 180 deg to serve higher customer rate. i searched internet and found that i can use Ubnt Titanium sector antennas but could not find any information about ac sector antennas. So please do you know ac sector would work with epmp gps syn ap? Thanks

Ps: if ac sector doesnt work can you recommend a 45 deg sector antenna that works with epmp?

Yes, any of the UBNT antennas will work with ePMP. We've used both the titanium sector, and the AC sectors with great success. Keep in mind that most of UBNT's higher gain 5ghz antennas have a pretty narrow vertical beam-width e.g. the beam is very flat, like a pancake vs. the Cambium antennas that have coverage more like a doughnut. I'd say that if you have a targeted area where most of the clients are in the same area, go with the UBNT sector. If you have clients scattered about both short and longer distances from the AP... go with the Cambium antennas.

Thanks for the reply, i have two towers, first tower will serve to a 13 km long and 6km wide area from tower. Second tower will serve to a  4km long and 6km wide areafrom tower. I think second tower with 4 ePMP Gps Sync AP+ AC Sector 45deg will have coverage for entire town (by the way 90% of the town has LOS to the tower) for 300 - 400 customers.

But the first one i think will not cover the entire town, so if i put another 4 AP with Ac sector 45 deg under the previous ones  will it work or not? Or maybe if i make 3 columes of 4 AP with gps sync ?

PS: i will use ePMP1000 integrated for customers cpe. Some says with integrated ones you can only go for 2 miles maximum, and i need Force110 for longer distance. Is that right?

As for the 5Ghz intigrated we have seen that 2.5-3 miles even with clear LOS you are not left with a very strong signal. We have had good luck with parabolic reflector kits.

Can you share some photos of your network and screen shots of your speeds?
