We have a unit that we can no longer access. We cannot access it via the programmed IP, the default IP nor the Back Door method. I do get an ethernet link on it, but it does not talk back to us. We even took it off the tower and attempted in house with known good cables. We changed out the POE unit as well just in case.
Not really sure what else can be done… it just doesn’t want to talk to us. Ideas?
