Unable to onboard ePMP 1000 to cnMaestro On-Premises

I have the same issue. Cant onboard ePMP 1000 to a cnMaestro on prem server
server running 3.1.1-r8
ePMP running v4.6.2

add server address to ePMP and on boarding key but never see it appear in the list to onboard

if i manually add the ePMP to the server with the MAC it just says “waiting for device”
server and device can both ping each other. no firewall inbetween

Do the logs on the ePMP give any clues?

check that your radio can ping the IP address and the dns name separately. Make sure you are using FW4.6.1 or higher.
