Unable to Onboard EX2400-P to cnMaestro

Hi, New EX2028-P trying to configure to CnMaestro that already has an AP associated with it (on the same LAN).

From CLI, I can resolve websites on the web including the one that cloud.cambiumnetworks.com is aliased to on amazon. however pinging cloud.cambiumnetworks.com does not resolve.

firmware running on EX is 2.0.5-r2

cnMatrix# show cnmaestro
cnMaestro management : enabled
cnMaestro URL :
Certificate validation : enabled
cnMaestro connection state : Error

i hard coded the amazon address (which I'm concerned in case it changes).

still unable to add:

Failed: Only cnPilot Enterprise (E-Series, ePMP Hotspot) devices are allowed into Wireless LAN account

Hello,

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty connecting cnMatrix to cnMaestro. I will be assisting you to resolve the problem.

Failure to ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com is a known issue with 2.0.5. This has been resolved in our recent 2.1 release which you can now download from the Support Cambium.

My understanding is that a cnPilot connecting to cnMatrix is able to onboard cnMaestro. Is this correct? Can you please confirm if cnMatrix has an IP address assigned to it either by dhcp or static? Can cnMatrix ping google.com?

Please send me the output of the following CLI commands:

ping google.com

show ip interface

show ip dns name-server

show vlan

show cnmaestro

show cnmaestro log

Thanks.
