Unable to onboard r201

Just got my first r201 and I can't onboard it.  I tried the serial number as the notes suggest and MAC address.  Both of them simply give me the error "1 devices failed."

Do let us know if you have successfully onboarded your device.

Rajesh added some tables that had not yet been imported.  My serial number was part of that database.

After updating the db it's onboarding perfectly.
