Unable to sync E410 to cnMaestro

Hi,

i have been experiencing the same issue with syncing my cnpilot E410 to cnMaestro. i have downgraded and upgraded several times but it fails to sync. any help or suggestions would be appreciated. thank you.

Can you please share us the following details

  1. What is the error message it is showing in cnMaestro for sync failure ?
  2. What is the software version running on the AP and cnMaestro ?
