We replaced an AP and on the new one I see on the Sessions page that each SM is showing a red warning after the Power Level : NA/NA (Uncalibrated Slicer).
What does this mean and how does one fix it?
What firmware are you running on the AP?
We are running 10.3.2 on our system now.
the only time i’ve ever seen that error is on older firmware (like 7.X) and it only showed up with a default plug in. have you tried to backup the firmware at all to see if its still there? also wondering if you did do anything that worked, curious ya know
I have tried upgrading to 10.4 with no luck. The downlgraded to 9.5 again with no luck.
Tonight the radio just stopped allowing SM’s to regsiter anymore.
I am at a loss now.
sounds like the board is just slowly going bad. losing slicer values is part of calibration info so the flash chip on the board is probably not any good anymore. replacement of antenna would be best. once the old ap is down if you plug in the default plug you’ll be able to re-enter any calibration info that is missing.
Dave, have you called Motorola support to get the calibration data for this unit? They will have to research it and get back to you
