Uncapped 2.4 GHz only allows 15 Mb/s download

We are relatively new to the 450 platform and are trying to roll out faster rate packages, specifically at least 20 Mb/s download. I have an AP that currently has approx. 20 customers with various modulations from 8x/1x MIMO-A through 8x/8x MIMO-B. For testing purposes I moved all SMs but one (all SMs are licensed to 20 Mb except my testing SM) to other APs and conducted speed tests. The best download speeds that I could attain were 15ish Mb/s down and 7 Mb/s up. I ran several speed tests and never exceeded the 15 Mb +/- 2 Mb mark. My testing computer is a Macbook Pro with a gigabit ethernet port connected directly to the SM.

What am I doing wrong? I can obtain any metric that is needed. Here are the relevant (I think) settings...

AP:
  PMP450, 15.1.2

2417.5 MHz, 20 MHz channel width, 5.0 ms frame

  Sustaind Downlink: 232500

  Sustained Uplink: 77500
  Downlink Burst: 2500000

  Uplink Burst: 2500000

  Max Burst Down: 310000

  Max Burst Up: 310000

SM:

  PMP450, 15.1.1

  Modulation: 8x/6x MIMO-B

  Receive Power: -56.9 dBm

  Sustained Downlink: 232500

  Sustained Uplink: 77500

  Downlink Burst: 2500000

  Uplink Burst: 2500000

  Max Burst Down: 310000

  Max Burst Up: 310000

  Link Test w/Bridging and MIR:

    Downlink: 57.50 Mbps

    Uplink: 7.72 Mbps

Please let me know what else would be helpful to diagnois and I'll get it. Thank you!
