I have device that i would like to onboard to cnMaestro, but I get error “Serial Number is claimed into another account.”
Not really sure to which account is claimed, but is there a way to unclaim it and put ti to my account?
I asked company that provided us with this devices, they fixed some one them, but I get no response from them for this device…
