During a power failure few our our AP went to default, these were managed by cnMaestro, is there a way to back the config on the platform so when they go to defaults they can be restored after we put the IP address?
This is supported for cnMaestro On-Premises for ePMP, PMP and cnReach devices. Backup/restore options are displayed in the Configuration tab at the System and Device level. Full details can be found on page 159 of the user guide, section “Configuration Backup”.
cnPilot devices have their full configuration represented by AP Groups which can be used to restore/resync a device after being defaulted. This is supported both in cloud and on-premises.
