This issue’s already fixed in the latest version. Could you please check which cnMaestro version you’re running? If it’s 5.2.4-r6, share your Cambium ID so we can take a closer look.

This is broken for us as well. Our cnMaestro cloud version is at 5.2.4-r9. I’ve gotten used to things getting broken with every release. It’s almost like there’s no QA anymore.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! The issue you’re seeing was identified earlier and has already been resolved in the 5.2.4-r9 release.
Just a quick update — please check that “Notify Alarms” is enabled under the Notifications settings.
If the issue still persists, kindly invite us to your account or share your Cambium ID, so we can take a closer look?

It appears that was unchecked for us. So, did the past cnMaestro upgrade uncheck this option? We used to get all device down and up notifications without any issues. Thanks…
