Upcoming E-Rate Deadlines and the ConnectedPartner Program

This is a reminder about the E-Rate deadlines:

  • February 26th - This was the last day to file a FY2020 Form 470 to meet the minimum 28-day posting requirement prior to the close of the Form 471 application window. If you missed price protection with another manufacturer, reach out to me directly for the best pricing. 
  • March 25th - This is the FY2020 Form 471 application deadline. The application window closes at 11:59 PM ET. FY2020 is a "use it or lose it" year for Category 2 funds. All Category 2 budgets have increased by 20% for one year only. You can use any unused funds from FY2015 through FY2019. Beginning with FY2021, all Category 2 budgets will reset. If you were unable to update your entity information such as student counts and NSLP data prior to the close of the Admin window, provide the information in the narrative of each funding request on Form 471. After you submit the application, follow up with a RAL correction in EPC to make the necessary corrections on your form.

USAC has changed the E-Rate filing dates. E-Rate applicants will now have until Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. EDT to submit their FY2020 FCC Form 471 applications.
