Updatin cnmaestro onpremise

Hi, Am trying to upgrade cnMaestro from 2.4.1-r10 to 3.0.2-r11 using tar.gz package but it is giving me an Error

From the Release Notes:

"cnMaestro 3.0.0 On-Premises is distributed as an OVA file, which can be installed as a new Virtual Machine or used to update an existing installation running cnMaestro 2.4.0/2.4.1/2.5.0. "

You must use ova file, not .tar.gz

Hi ,

3.0.2 patch can be applied on top of 3.0.0 only. So in your case you have to upgrade first to 3.0.0 ova and then to 3.0.2 patch. Moreover 3.0.2 is CBRS specific release and has to be installed only by customers using the CBRS feature in cnMaestro.
