Upgrade 900 to 7.0

I upgraded the 900 to 7.0 and am getting 3.5meg down and 1 meg up. I had to run it 20 times just to make sure.

Similar results (see below), but I’m still not able to fully predict which SM’s will support the 2x scheduling.
