Upgrading firmware on SMs.

I noticed that Prizm is not discovering new devices or SMs for new customers
under Discovered elements. I checked the software versions for the AP and the SM and it showed that they are different.

How can I upgrade the firmware of the SM when the AP is already updated using the 7.3… version and the SM is still on the 7.2.9 version.

2 ways - you can either upgrade the SM directly via CNUT, or use CNUT to turn AutoUpdate on in the AP (both require CNUT to have the firmware packages available to it).
