As Eric mentioned, we do account for DFS in the power/EIRP limits and reduce the values and limits that are shown in LINKPlanner accordingly. This is one of the reasons why LINKPlanner can sometimes show lower max power/EIRP values than the product specification.
We don’t directly account for weather radar stations, which are located near to certain airports, but you will see a large warning in LINKPlanner if you need to allow for this when selecting a frequency:
