What should be the vertical distance between AP and SM in a Remote Access Point in case of modules operates on adjacent channels and both are directed to the same side?

Are you saying that you are using a SM to feed an AP at a remote location and the SM you are using as you uplink is the same frequency range as the AP you are feeding?

IE: 2.4 SM feeding a 2.4 AP

Yes, the SM is 5300 and the AP is 5280.

Cluster1 Cluster2

AP 5300 <-------------> SM 5300 - AP 5280
… …

The APs are directed to each other.

How much can I reduce the distanse by using a reflector for the SM and some kind of shield between the SM and the AP?
