Hi,
This isn't really an error, it is just that Windows does not know how to handle the .kmz/.kml file types so it is asking you to choose the correct application. This sometimes happens if you have uninstalled Google Earth.
The easiest way to fix the error is to reinstall Google Earth. Alternatively you can follow the instructions from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/18539/windows-7-change-default-programs.
