Dear All,

I am replacing my CMM micro with a new CMM4 module. Everything is working fine except VLAN. Can anyone help me out …

has anybody deployed CMM4 in their network. Is VLAN working in it?

Hello,

yes i have some Cmm4 running in our enviroment. and we use also Vlans?
Wich CMM 4 you are going to use? 9-Port Switch or 14- Port Switch

Best Regards

Does anyone know does this etherwan switch have separate mac address table per vlan or one table per switch?
I have problem with cmm micro, when we have one mac address in different vlan’s, on different ports!

You won't find any normal ethernet switches that support this feature. If you have the same MAC on different VLANs on different ports that would tell me you have a loop...

So far we have no problems with Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent switches!
Thats why I’m asking about etherwan!

Hi sorry,

have you solved your problem

Best regards

Using PMP450 AP / SM 3.5GHZ with  CMM.

AP and SM configured for different VLAN. In operational CMM. All VLANs reaching to SM.

Recenty I recived new CMM4. by add VLAN 104 as a mamagement VLAN and IP.

After assigning Maanagemnt VLAN 104 instead of default VLAN 1.

I am unable to reach AP through new CMM.

CMM is configured trunk mode and VLAN tag and management VLAN is untag.

issue is new CMM switch configuartion. may be someone assist me with the connfiguation of CMM4
