We were having issues with VOIP and we had received the follwing suggestion from Moto. Just thought I’d share it with everyone in case someone else is having issues.
Originally UGS was the preferred Data Delivery Type (DDT) for a VoIP QoS profile. UGS is still OK/Good to use with a VoIP install base of <10. rtPS is now a valid (I would say preferred) DDT for >10 VoIP clients accessing the same AP. I spoke to engineering and they said that if using rtPS, the Poll Interval should be set to ~40ms based on tests they have performed in the field.
