Voucher access not possible

We have the CN Maestro guest portal active, and created different vouchers for access.
Unfortunately none of the vouchers can be redeemed at all on the portal.

The only way it works is if the users go with the free access or by accessing the SSID by password.

Any ideas what might be happening? Thanks
