Voucher access not possible

Hello,
We have the CN Maestro guest portal active, and created different vouchers for access.
Unfortunately none of the vouchers can be redeemed at all on the portal.

The only way it works is if the users go with the free access or by accessing the SSID by password.

Any ideas what might be happening? Thanks

  1. Are using cloud or on-premises cnMaestro? If you have cloud, could you please invite raja.muniyandy@cambiumnetworks.com as super admin? It would be helpful to help you better.
