Vulnerable to death / management frame manipulation

Hey all,

I know the ePMP range uses a heavily modified 802.11 MAC and I was wondering if they are immune to things like deauth attacks when using the ePMP TDD protocol?  I suspect the answer is yes, but I couldn't find much reference to it :)

Could you please elaborate this vulnerability and let us know how did you come accross or tested it. So that we can do a further research on it and help you further.

Hi Rich,

When operating using the proprietary ePMP MAC protocol, we aren't aware of any attacks that can impact the wireless link like those that can impact the standard 802.11 MAC protocol.

Thanks Alex.  That's what I was after.  

I'm just trying to pre-empt some punk with a pineapple or some other tools playing havoc with my network!
