What are inbound frames?
Inbound frames contain control information from each SM requesting service on succeeding inbound frames. SM’s also place a pre-determined amount of data on the inbound frames. One AP can support up to 200 SM’s. If all 200 SM’s had data to pass to the AP, they would all receive service on the inbound frame. No SM will be ignored or left behind.
