What is all this traffic?

The traffic above is a sample of traffic captured from a NAT'ed PMP450 CPE running 16.0.1

The only item in the NAT table is the IPSEC (port 4500) marked in green. Therefore I presume the rest of the traffic is originating on the radio...

PS the IPSEC VPN will not establish across the NAT, an issue I thought was resolved.
