Here is an example of what we use to monitor our customers and network.

This will keep track of all customers that are connected and at the bottom tell you which customers are down and which are not.
It will also allow you to tunnel into the unit if need be, well might need some tweeking on this for others but works with our setup.
It also keeps track of what amount of bandwidth is being used on each ap, using mrtg.
It will also page techs if the ap or tower goes down and page them when back up.
Developed in perl.
If some people want to try it, I was going to see about putting some documentation in it and setting up a copy for people to try our or use.
