What's the difference between Wireless Link Availability and Data Bridging Availability?

These are attributes used in PTP 650/700.

Wireless Link Availability is the time that the wireless link has been in the Up state divided by the total elapsed time, displayed as a percentage. Data Bridging Availability is the time that the link has been bridging customer data divided by the total elapsed time, displayed as a percentage. Normally these two are equivalent and return similar or identical values. However, if the Lowest Data Modulation Mode is set above BPSK 0.63, there will be some time when the link is up but not bridging data. In this case, Wireless Link Availability will generally be slightly greater than Data Bridging Availability.

Data Bridging Availability and Lowest Data Modulation Mode were displayed as Ethernet Bridging Availability and Lowest Ethernet Modulation Mode respectively in PTP 500/600 and in early releases of PTP 650.
