MIB files are part of software upgrade package.
It can be downloaded here : https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files
Once you have downloaded the SW package e.g. Cambium_PTP250_02-13c.zip, please extract it and the file CAMBIUM-PTP250-MIB is the MIB file.
