I just realized there is a patch for CNUT that addresses the auto-update server address issue. I have been reporting this problem since the first release of CNUT and they’ve always blamed my firewall. It is obvious the guy who answer my called was either told to not recognize the issue, or he had no clue about how NAT works. I had also reported issues with CMM micro that went unheard and then later a field alert released. Will this people ever listen? What better source of feedback could they have other than us?..
