Wired clients not showing up in Maestro latest release.

There’s already a topic on this issue stating it would be addressed in latest release. (Over a year a go). We just upgraded Maestro to 2.1.0 and the issues still persists. This limits our troubleshooting abilities and does not give us accurate throughput/usage details. When can we expect this to be addressed?

Hi,

The device side support for LAN stats in cnMaestro is part of 4.5 release which is under test. This should be out in 3-4 weeks time.

thanks

That’s good news thanks.

This is an old topic, but an update would be worthwhile.

We have R190W running FW 4.5-R7, along with cloud-based cnMaestro ver. 2.2.1-r11, and the wired lan devices do not show up.  If I log into the management interface of the R190W, I see the DHCP lease, but not on cnMaestro.  Similarly, cnMaestro does not report any bandwidth useage for the wired devices on the R190W page, while the connected Force180 through which the R190W is being tested shows actual bandwidth useage, in this case 10+ GB per day.  This will lead to confusion when CSRs and techs are troubleshooting...  Any update?

Hi ,

For LAN client , you can check bandwidth uses from  TAB , Details--->Network Info and to check for DHCP lease time go to TAB Client --> Wired Client . Please see attached images .

Thanks. I looked at the info you provided, and I do see that I can get the network info for the 8ndividual lan ports, and stats are increment8ng. As for the Wired Clients, those are not showing up. When I access the R190W management interface, I see multiple dhcp leases, with relevant info, but this is blank for me in cnMaestro on the wired client page...

Hi ,

Can you send topology of your deployment and configuration file  to my mail ID, nileshkumar.singh@cambiumnetworks.com  ?

In my local setup , I can see those info .
