# Wrong software

I downloaded pmp22.1.2 into cnarcher but it tells me it is invalid firmware and won’t load it onto my sm. Anyone else having this issue?

could you provide more details about the specific model of the Subscriber Module (SM) you are trying to update and any error messages you are seeing in cnArcher?

I believe cnArcher is downloading the wrong version of the firmware. cnArcher identified pmp 450 fw 22.1.2 as beta. I don’t want beta but I do need 22.1.2 to load onto the pmp 450b sm.

I gave up and loaded the firmware from the ui on the sm, but the problem remains.

I believe the support team has already updated you on this. This is addressed in the latest beta. See [cnArcher 2.0 beta available for iOS and Android](https://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t/cnarcher-2-0-beta-available-for-ios-and-android/92196) for instructions on getting the beta load.
